Branson, MO --King David and More!

Hello everyone! It’s that time to start planning our Fall Branson trip! I've separated the costs into two categories: the Activity Fee and the Hotel cost.

Activity Fee: $360 per person, paid directly to Seasoned Citizens.

Hotel Cost: $282 per room, paid directly to the hotel. This price is locked in right now, but to ensure we get it, I need to reserve the rooms in advance.

Important Note:

If you’d like to go, I need to reserve your room to lock in the current rate. This does not mean you are committed to attending yet—you are only locking in the price at this hotel.

No obligation: Booking a room now does not mean you have to go on the trip, but it will ensure we don't lose this price if it increases later.

We stayed at this hotel last time, and it was a great choice—clean, comfortable, and with a nice breakfast to start our day. I really think you’ll enjoy it!

If you’re interested or have any questions, just let me know! I’ll be happy to help reserve your room.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Branson Fall Trip: Things We Plan to Do!

Hello again, everyone! I’m so excited for our upcoming Fall Branson trip, and I wanted to share some of the activities we’ve planned:

  • Dinner at College of the Ozarks (it was AMAZING last year!)
  • King David (a powerful show you won’t want to miss)
  • Where Jesus Walked (an inspiring experience)
  • Lamberts (home of the throwed rolls – a fun, unique place!)
  • Plenty of time to explore Branson (shopping, sightseeing, etc.)
  • Church service on Sunday morning before we head back home to wrap up the trip.
The Vans are filling up... GET YOUR DEPOSIT IN to save your spot

I’m so excited to see what God has planned for us on this trip, and I can’t wait to spend this time with all of you.

Let me know if you’re in, and if you have any questions!

Ark Encounter and Creation Museum (June 16-20, 2025)

This Trip is in the Books!

What a journey! Our group of 25 made our way to Florence, KY—23 of us traveled by van, while 2 flew in. The drive was very long. We left Blair at 6:00 AM and didn’t arrive at our hotel until just before midnight. We made a few too many stops along the way, which definitely extended our travel time, but we made it!

Over the next three days, we enjoyed rich fellowship, formed new friendships, and deepened old ones. God truly blessed us with incredible weather—temperatures stayed in the 80s, and although we had a little rain, it never lasted long or disrupted our plans.

We visited the Ark Encounter on both Tuesday and Wednesday. I won’t even attempt to describe it—there just aren’t enough words in the English language to capture the experience. It was simply awe-inspiring.

Wednesday night, we shared a group dinner at Buffalo Bob's Restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. It was a great time to sit down as a “family” and reflect on the week.

On Thursday, we toured the Creation Museum. I was absolutely blown away. I only wish I had more time to soak in all the exhibits and attend more of their presentations—so much to see and learn!

We decided as a group to head out early on Friday for the trip home. After breakfast and loading the vans, we were on the road by 6:30 AM. The return trip went smoothly, even though we hit a couple of hours of rain.

We set out to see the Ark, and Jesus came with us. He made our time together fruitful in so many ways. While our group may be physically tired and in need of some rest, I believe everyone came home with their spiritual cup full.

Check out the photo gallery below—and keep an eye on it, as it will continue to grow as everyone adds their pictures!
